“I don’t believe climate change!”

One of foreigners said those words while passing us in front of Ground Zero (a Monument which remind us about Bali Bomb Tragedy) in Kuta, Bali. But those words which only came out from one person doesn’t mean anything for us, even we got hundreds of people which support World Silent Day (WSD) by their signatures. Yup, our action at Kuta, on March 6^th, 2010 was very boisterous. The rute which began from G-U-S Foundation and Surfer Girl Shop at Jalan Legian to Ground Zero, then continued at Kuta Beach and last at Discovery Shopping Mall (Centro) earners 440 signature supporting. The actions which handled by 14 youth gave big effect on that day. Got involved the local and national reporters and medias at that day also took part of becaming more famous the World Silent Day. And we surprised about the tag line in one of national TV that said “United Nations has ratified the World Silent Day”. We haven’t get 10.000 of signatures supporting WSD, how can the UN ratified the WSD?! Even that tag line is our dream, so we considering that tag line is a pray for us. We wish that tag line will come true

As others youth, our passion are quite high to make this action become successful, the action was ended by 10 pm and we continued in the morning at 7.00 to 11am,took place in Renon, Denpasar sports field. The energy that we carried out earners 260 signatures supporting and there were one of National TV that recorded us. We are so happy,minimum the information about WSD spread ion many places (because there’s no expenses for make the advertisement on TV).

Three hours later after acted at Denpasar, we went to Tabanan! Quite far from Denpasar. We attended GREEN DRINKS event at there, and hoped that will reached many signatures supporting. But the weather was not good enough, many participants didn’t come. We reached for 20 Signatures, but we got many people who helping us to promote WSD at their own place. Happy!

Up to now, we reach signatures supporting about 6.500…. Thank you to all people who involved in these actions, and we are still open very large of opportunities to people who wants to help us collecting the signatures supporting… We don’t have anything to pay for your help, but we believe that the Earth has something to us in future if we keep loving and caring for her!

Let us aware and say “I believe Climate Change is happening” and do something!!

if not us, then who will be ?? Now is the TIME!! It’s not only about You, but whole living things on Earth…
